Christmas trees come in all different heights and diameters, so there's no easy to way to choose which size you require, however there are 2 simple things that you need to consider:
1. Stand Diameter - This is the diameter of your Christmas tree base or stand, as this will need to fit inside the Christmas tree skirt we have given the internal measurements of our tree skirts below. Please bear in mind that the tree skirts are narrower at the top than they are at the bottom, so there is a slight angle on the wall of the tree skirt - in other words, if you think it's a close fit then go for a larger size. If you choose one too small, you may find that it doesn't fit over the base completely so it doesn't touch the floor at the back.
2. Tree Diameter - This is the width of your tree at its widest point - purely for aesthetic reasons, you don't really want your tree skirt to be wider than the tree at it's widest point.

2. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If there is a manufacturer defect – we reserve the right to repair / fix any defect – we sell. If the defect cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the item, we will treat it as a normal return and charge up to 35% of the return fee. We also reserve the right to deduct all outbound shipping charges from refunds.
3. When will I receive the refund?
After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). If you still have any problem about refund, please get in touch with us at [email protected], we will reply you as soon as possible.
